The Workforce Development program will focus on providing resources to community members to support their employment or business journey!

1 on 1 Consultation

Schedule your first initial appointment to determine career goals and any barriers you may have. We will discuss possible ways to reach your goals, offer suggestions and resources.

Resume

Ibero will assist with resume editing. For resume building, referrals/connections to community resources will be provided.

Job Connections

Ibero will help you explore career options that match your interests, work history, and skills.

Job Fairs

Ibero will collaborate with community partners to host job fairs at the Community Resource Center (CRC) and refer you to job fairs happening in the community.

Workshops

Ibero will offer various workshops in collaboration with community partners for job readiness, interview preparation, resume building, job search, etc.
