Fall 2022 Business Startup Program
September 12 - November 2, 2022 (5:30pm - 8pm)
A six week business course (to nights a week from 5:30-8) that prepares you for success. You will be able to create a basic business plan, network, connect with business consulting professionals, and opportunity to pitch your business idea for a business grant.
Individual centers will confirm schedules with you.

The process is simple at IBC. Here’s what to do:
- Contact your regional IBC representatives to set an online or in-person meeting.
- Create a customized plan for your business needs.
- Execute your tailored plan into completion.
As an Entrepreneurship Assistance Center (EAC), we assist potential and existing entrepreneurs in the creation and expansion of their business. We are offering a comprehensive, 60-hour hands-on business planning and training course for new and existing business owners. This course is specifically designed maximize the potential success of starting or expanding a business. Entrepreneurs will receive one-on-one counseling assistance, in-class instruction with guest speakers that have expertise in their field and peer support group. A major achievement in this training course is the successful completion of your business plan.
Starting September 2021, our 10-week in-class business training course will be offered at both our locations in the Finger Lakes (Geneva, NY) and Western New York (Buffalo, NY).
Participants in this program will learn the following business concepts:
Principles in Entrepreneurship
Management and Operations
Product Development, Marketing and E-Commerce
Fundamentals of Financial Management, Accounting and Cash flows
International Plaza
IBC is now a partner at the International Plaza in the City of Rochester!
IBC offers one on one business mentoring to make sure that any vendors at the International Plaza launches successfully in our second season starting in May 2022.
