The Ibero-American Action League Inc. is the leading dual-language, multi-service nonprofit agency in Upstate New York, Ibero uplifts, empowers, and advocates for Latinos and underserved communities.

Ibero serves close to 32,000 individuals annually in the Finger Lakes Region, Western New York and throughout the Mohawk Valley and Capital region. We employ close to 180 staff, 69% of them are experienced bilingual and bi-cultural staff. Our workforce enables us to achieve our mission of uplifting, empowering, and advocating for Latinx individuals and the underserved to achieve equity and become fully valued community members.
