2022-2023 Highlights

  • Trabajamos con organizaciones dentro de nuestra comunidad para abordar las inequidades sistémicas y estructurales al asociarnos con el gobierno local, organizaciones sin fines de lucro y privadas para identificar obstáculos e inequidades y crear métodos que se puedar evaluar para permitir prácticas más equitativas e inclusivas que benefician a las comunidades a las que sirven.
  • Se agregó el programa piloto, “Latinx in Telecom,” una capacitación específica de la industria dirigida por Ibero-American Action League y UnidosUS. Esta capacitación brindará a los participantes las herramientas necesarias para tener éxito en una gratificante oportunidad profesional. 
  • Ayudamos a crear un plan de estudios antirracista para brindar desarrollo profesional a los maestros y administradores dentro del Distrito Escolar de la Ciudad de Rochester.
