Poder Latino 97.1 FM proporciona una voz para las comunidades a las que damos servicios, mientras refuerza la diversidad cívica y cultural al ofrecer una fuente confiable de información, música y entretenimiento.
Historia de Poder
Poder fue fundada por La Liga de Acción Iberoamericana, Inc. y salió al aire por primera vez el 30 de noviembre de 2015. Con licencia de la FCC, “El Poder Latino” 97.1 FM es la estación de radio pionera de 24 horas en Rochester, Nueva York, y ahora cuenta con un alcance comercial de 25 millas en el norte del estado. Siendo propiedad de la Liga de Acción Iberoamericana, Inc., la emisora sirve a la comunidad latina a través de un formato bilingüe de música, noticias y contenido educativo, con un enfoque en ritmos latinos. El primer DJ fue Hector Arguinzoni, quien introdujo la programación al aire con “Vivir La Vida” de Marc Anthony, después de un inicio fuera del aire con “Juliana” de DLG.
