This session will cover how to use google documents to covert Word and Excel type documents into live forms that individuals can update information to and get back to you in real time.

 

Wednesday – November 18, 2020 – Social Media Marketing

This session will cover how to expand your business utilizing various social media marketing platforms such as Facebook marketing to advertising and market your business.

 

Thursday – November 19, 2020 – MWBE Application & Certification Issues

This session will review how to complete an application to certify your business as a Minority and or Woman owned business to do business with New York State.

 

Tuesday – December 1, 2020 – Pivoting Your Business

This session is designed to assist businesses during these trying times to pivot or reinvent their business to survive and grown.

 

Wednesday – December 2, 2020 – Financing

This session will cover financing opportunities that are available to businesses in todays; economic climate.

 

Thursday – December 3, 2020 – CRM – Hubspot

This session covers Hubspot CRM which has everything you need for your business to organize, track and build better relationships with leads and customers.

 

Tuesday – December 8, 2020 – Dos & Don’ts of Website Design

This session covers how to make the most out of your business website by way of design and hosting options

 

Wednesday – December 9, 2020 – How to Use Toggle

This session covers how to use Toggle as a way for you to track time spend on various business projects and/or customers

 

Thursday – December 10, 2020 – Networking

This sessions reviews why it is so important to network your business and outlines opportunities to network to grow your business.

 

Tuesday – December 15, 2020 – Legal Issues

This session covers legal issues in respect to starting and/or operation your business.  It covers the reason to consider various legal structures, liability issues and employment regulations

 

 

 

Wednesday – December 16, 2020 – Business Financial Recordkeeping

This session covers ways and methods to set up your financial records for your business and the importance of keeping accurate records.

 

 

Thursday – December 17, 2020 – QuickBooks

This session covers the basics of how to set up and use QuickBooks to keep the financial records of your business.
