Give the gift of joy to an abuelito or abuelita for Christmas. Many seniors may not have family or friends to celebrate the holidays with, and your kindness can make a big difference in their lives. Sign up today to Adopt a Senior and donate a Christmas gift!
As the holiday season approaches, we are excited to invite you to participate in our 3rd Annual Holiday Cheer for the Wise Hearts campaign. This special initiative brings joy, warmth, and companionship to older adults in our community. Through this campaign, we match generous community members like you with an older adult participant to ensure that they experience the joy of the holidays through meaningful gifts and thoughtful gestures.
Here’s how you can get involved in spreading holiday cheer:
- Confirm your participation: Fill out the sign-up form by clicking the button below no later than December 10.
- Receive your participant’s wish list: Once you confirm, we’ll match you with a participant and send you their wish list and preferences via email.
- Drop off your wrapped gift: Wrap and drop off your gift at Centro de Oro (124 Evergreen St., Rochester, NY 14605) on one of the dates below.

By adopting a participant, you are helping to make their holidays special and showing them that they are cared for and appreciated by the community. Your generous participation will make a real difference in the lives of those we serve.
