We are located in the Capital Region of NY and parts of the Mohawk Valley. We work to remove systemic barriers by increasing access to an array of services that are person-centered, community-rooted, bilingual, and culturally responsive. We primarily serve LGBTQ+, youth, immigrant, refugee and Latino communities.
We help individuals identify and implement steps that prevent repeated emergencies and develop plans for self-sufficiency. We connect Monroe County residents to case management services, temporary basic needs, advocacy and more on a case-by-case basis, regardless of age, race or income.

We serve Latino elders 60 and up by providing a unique gathering place to meet their social and cultural needs. At Centro de Oro, seniors participate in health and wellness programs that focus on nutrition, health and socialization.
We connect families to community resources that establish stability and self-sufficiency in the home while providing parenting workshops that strengthen parent advocacy and home-school relationships that supported student achievement.
