The Ibero-American Action League, Inc. was incorporated as a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization in 1968 and has been helping people in the community for over 50 years.
We’re a dual-language human services agency that ignites the potential of individuals and families to prosper and make the community stronger.
Today Ibero has evolved into an agency that serves individuals and families of all ethnic backgrounds, and our unique ability to target the Latino community remains unprecedented in this region.
Ibero serves close to 20,000 individuals annually in the Finger Lakes Region, Western New York and throughout the Mohawk Valley and Capital region. We employ close to 180 staff, 69% of them are experienced bilingual and bi-cultural staff. Our workforce enables us to achieve our mission of uplifting, empowering, and advocating for Latinx individuals and the underserved to achieve equity and become fully valued community members.
